The Abassi Hi Power Sound System was designed by Neil Perch (Zion Train/Universal Egg). It was custom built to Neil’s specifications by Jah Tubby (London). Neil plays the sound system dub style. Since its inauguration in December 2001 – Abassi has played out to great responses at many parties.
The sound system is available with Neil as selector with various vocalists, or alternatively as a PA system for hire. Abassi has been relocated from Germany to the UK and we plan regular sessions from 2021 onwards.

This sound system is custom built and has 16kw effective amplification power.
Bass - Custom amplification (8kw), 12 x custom built scoop cabinets each containing a 600w precision device driver
Mid Range – FFA6 (6kw), 4 x JBL cabinets, each containing 2 x 500w JBL 12” drivers
Treble – Crest (1kw), 4 x JBL cabinets each containing 1x JBL 2” flared driver, 4 x custom cabinets each containing 4 x Motorola 1” piezo drivers
