Returns Policy/Contacts
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise that complies with our full return policy will be replaced in kind. All returns must be mailed pre-paid to:

RESTRICTIONS
Merchandise returns must be:
1) Received by Universal Egg within 30 days after delivery;
2) All CDs, DVDs, or DVD-Audio must be in their original packaging (plastic wrap) and cannot be opened and used;
3) All items must be their original condition, must not be damaged by customer, or show signs of wear, is soiled, or is missing parts.
ORIGINAL INVOICE
A copy of the original printed or email invoice, with a description of the problem must accompany all returns.
REFUND POLICY
Universal Egg maintains a 7-day refund policy. Customer may return goods for a refund if Universal Egg is notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Restocking fee, explained below, may apply.
MAIL CHARGES
In the event of a replacement, Universal Egg will pay mail charges to customer, and the customer will pay for the return of the defective product.
DAMAGED GOODS
Universal Egg is not responsible for damages incurred in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect shipment, and to note any obvious damage with the courier. In the event of damaged goods, the customer should immediately contact the freight carrier to place a damage claim.
